These Terms govern your use of the Blood Pressure and Glucose app ("the app"), developed by PALMER SOFTWARE QUALITY. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Medical Disclaimer (read carefully)
Blood Pressure and Glucose is a personal logging tool. It is not a medical device, it does not measure or diagnose anything, and it only stores readings you enter from your own devices. Any classifications shown (e.g. WHO ranges) are informational and do not constitute a diagnosis. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor before making health or medication decisions. Use is at your own risk.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices, subject to these Terms.
3. Premium Subscription
The app offers a free version (with ads) and a paid Premium subscription.
Premium removes ads and unlocks additional features (full report, multiple profiles and backup export), as described in the app.
Subscriptions auto-renew and are billed through your Google Play account. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
You can cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow the Google Play policy.
4. Ads
The free version shows ads (Google AdMob). See the Privacy Policy for the data involved.
5. Your Data and Backups
Your data stays only on your device (see Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping backups. Uninstalling the app or using "Delete all data" erases data permanently, with no way for us to recover it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, nor to bypass, decompile or interfere with its operation or paid features.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its brand, code and content belong to PALMER SOFTWARE QUALITY and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PALMER SOFTWARE QUALITY is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, from health decisions made based on it, or from data loss.
9. Changes
We may change these Terms; the "last updated" date indicates the version in effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the courts of Curitiba, Paraná having jurisdiction.
